Ragag

Open Ragag and you are playing — an Arcade game that runs on the page rather than beside it. You can play it with keys or with your thumbs; it reads whichever you give it. Catalogued as 2d, adventure, ball, casual, classic.

Everything runs client-side, so there is nothing to set up before you start.
