How to report content that infringes your rights, and what happens next.
Poki Games lists games that are hosted elsewhere. We do not store game files. What we control is the listing — the page, the description and the embed — and we will remove a listing promptly when a rights holder asks us to.
If you are the rights holder
Send a notice containing all of the following, so we can act without coming back to you:
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the exact URL on this site of the listing you want removed;
- your name, address and a working email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
A complete notice is acted on promptly: the listing is unpublished and removed from search engines. We will tell you what we did. We also record the reason, so an automated feed cannot re-import the same game later.
Counter-notice
If your game was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Sources that repeatedly supply infringing material are removed from the catalogue’s allow-list entirely.
