Perfect Dress Designer

Open Perfect Dress Designer and you are playing — a Girls game that runs on the page rather than beside it. Taps and swipes are the whole vocabulary — a phone plays it best. Its tags here are 3d, 3d games, arcade, decorate, design.

It is drawn for a tall screen, so it fills a phone held upright rather than a wide monitor. Everything runs client-side, so there is nothing to set up before you start.
