Mermaid Style Dress Up

Mermaid Style Dress Up is listed here under Girls. There is no launcher and no install between you and it. Taps and swipes are the whole vocabulary — a phone plays it best. Listed under dress up, fashion, girl, girls, kids.

It is drawn for a tall screen, so it fills a phone held upright rather than a wide monitor. Everything runs client-side, so there is nothing to set up before you start.
