Helicopter Survivor

Open Helicopter Survivor and you are playing — an Adventure game that runs on the page rather than beside it. You can play it with keys or with your thumbs; it reads whichever you give it. Catalogued as 1 player, 2d, action, adventure, flight.

It costs nothing and asks for nothing: no registration, no download, no launcher.
