Head 2 Head Tic Tac Toe

Browser Puzzle: Head 2 Head Tic Tac Toe needs a tab and nothing else. It is built for touch, so a phone or a tablet is the natural place for it. Tagged 2 player, 2 player games, 2d, family, kid.

It is drawn for a tall screen, so it fills a phone held upright rather than a wide monitor. It costs nothing and asks for nothing: no registration, no download, no launcher.
