Cops and Robbers 2

Cops and Robbers 2 is listed here under Racing. There is no launcher and no install between you and it. Designed around touch input, and comfortable on a small screen. Listed under 1 player, 2d, action, car, fun.

It is drawn for a tall screen, so it fills a phone held upright rather than a wide monitor. Close the tab and come back later; the game is still one click away.
